It is an absolute pleasure to do business with Mini of St. Louis. My car was ready in two day, and that with a whole lot of additional Mini Youifications! Mary at the front desk got me started in the right direction and was wonderful to talk to, Neil knew what I wanted done and orchestrated the perfect Mini for me, Tina was very professional in handling the finance end of the deal and Mark was able to explain all the new Mini I was unfamiliar with. I love my Mini and am having a blast driving again!

We have purchased seven (yes, 7!) Minis, all of them from Mini of St. Louis. Even after moving out of state, we still travel to St. Louis for our new Minis. Mark Eversgerd and Neil Westfall have been our "Motoring Advisors" throughout our long love affair with Minis. The service folks (Dave & Rick) are outstanding. We enjoy buying at Mini of St. Louis, it's awful enduring the "other guys" when we're in the market for an SUV or truck.
On Sept 2nd this year, I ordered my first Mini Cooper by the help of Mark Eversgerd, a really professional dealer with warm-hearted. He explained everything with patience to me. In Nov, I got my Mini Cooper, very excited, Mark helped me to be familiar with my new buddy. I feel very lucky to meet with Mark :-)
This was the 4th Mini I have purchased from Mini of St Louis. Every purchase has been wonderful, however Steve made it especially great. He contacted me at least once monthly to let me know the status of my order. He helped me to get a great deal on my trade, and when my new baby was ready, he spent a lot of time explaining the new features and technology. If I didn't love my car so much, I would be down there ordering a new one. Oh, and the Service Dept is extraordinary. You cannot go wrong here.

What a Experience Bought my Mini Paceman S ALL4 was treated very professional and friendly sales department even with my own financing. Was very pleased in the after sales car walk around everything was very well explained and gone over , Karen showed us all the new features of the car. Over all was very pleased.
