We picked up our brand new 2015 Cooper Hardtop 13 hours ago and I still have a smile on my face. This was the most pleasant and FUN experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Karen helped me through the decision making process in the beginning when I ordered by offering excellent suggestions on colors, trims, and accessories. She kept me updated every week while it was being manufactured and shipped. Excellent Service! Rick met me at my car door! I couldn't ask for more! I had my sister with me, and when she saw how quickly we got in and out, she asked Carrie if she could bring her Chevy in.
