This was the first time I had ever taken my Mini to the dealership for work. It was without a doubt one of the best experiences I've ever had with car repair. They were friendly and fair priced. I had a part that failed and it was a couple hundred miles past the warranty. They called Customer Relations and Mini covered the part at no cost to me. I'm one of those people that NEVER takes their car to the dealer. That has all changed for me. MINI of St. Louis has taken such good care of me. A power steering problem developed on my car, that was making it very difficult to drive. Since I'd heard of some issues with this system in the past, I decided to take it to the dealer.
