mark was a pleasure to work with. This is the fourth vehicle that I have bought from him and every time the experience is good. I trust mark and you can't say that about very many car salespeople. is always honest and works for me to get the best deal.
I walked in with my mind pretty set on what I was looking for. Mark was there to greet me with a friendly smile and very friendly manor. He showed me my options and what he had available on the floor. The Mini CoopS on the floor was what I ended up taking home with me. Mark was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable about asking questions and he explained everything very well. Had starting problem, they diagnosed it quickly;y as a dead battery, and replaced under warranty. Plus they serviced it while I was there. At age 74, I have been to lots of dealers to have work on many different makes of cars, foreign and domestic, and this was the best service dealer I have ever been to....PERIOD!
What can I say. There service and attentiveness of Todd Feuerhaken was above reproach. From the greeting at the door, to inquiring what I required, to ensuring I was comfortable while I waited, and ensuring I understood what work was performed on my car. In a word outstanding!
I bought my car a little over 2 years ago. I love my mini now as much as I did the day I bought it. I am sure I will never buy anything other than a Mini! Steve Emerson was wonderful. He was helpful on the test drive (as I knew nothing about a Mini.) When I went to pick my car up, he showed me how to adjust everything and made sure I knew how to read and use everything. I went to the dealership to test drive a MINI and ended up buying one! The customer service I received from Karen was fantastic. Her background in design and knowledge of the car helped me design the perfect MINI for me. Karen helped me explore options, but did not try to “sell me every bell and whistle” – which I really appreciated. She promised to update me on my MINI’s status and has followed through with that promise every week. I’m anxiously awaiting my new MINI and look forward to going back to the dealership.
Neil, Mark, Todd and Tina went way above and beyond to help us when our roadster was totaled.. From Neil finding us a car, Mark keeping us updated on all aspects, Tina working out the financing to Todd keeping us posted regarding repairs on our old car everyone was outstanding! Thank you sooooo much for taking such good care of us!!
As always, this dealership ranks at the top in all departments. I would recommend it to all of my friends, as I have, and they are all impressed.
