I bought my second mini cooper at Mini of St. Louis from Karen Fortune. Karen is a pleasure to work with, she does not pressure you or expect you to make a decision before you are ready. Karen worked with me and offered options and suggestions so that I was able to stay within my budget. Karen sold me both of my minis, one in 2008 and one in 2014. I love working with Karen.

I bought a new Mini Countryman from this dealership and worked very closely with Karen Fortune and had an excellent experience. She was both amazing and very refreshing to work with and turned the horrible experience of buying a new car into a pleasant and satisfying one. I also had a great experience with Erik Fultz, a finance employee who also very fun and easy to work with. The staff is laid back, receptive, and very well informed. I recommend this dealership to anyone who hates shopping for cars.

I principally worked with Steve Emerson and Tina Logue to purchase my Mini Cooper S from its soon-to-expire three-year lease. Due to particularly tight time constraints, both Steve and Tina went above and beyond to expedite the process - including squeezing my car into service for inspection and gathering all the necessary paperwork. Both were also quick to return phone calls, answer questions, and follow up with me throughout the process. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient experience - thank you!

To anyone contemplating purchasing a mini cooper, I would urge you to purchase your new or used mini cooper from Mark Eversgerd at Mini of STL. My husband and I had a plan to purchase a used mini in our budget. We were very picky on the color and style. Mark was very good about showing us what we wanted. He wasn't pushy and was very honest and personable. I bought my mini cooper in 2009 and at first the service center was not very helpful and no one greeted me when i came into the service center and it was a mediocre to lousy experience. NOW in the last couple of years it is such a different experience. I am welcomed and someone meets me when I get out of my car. They are kind, helpful and smile which is so much better than when I started with MINI service. Mark was completely honest! I went in there looking to lease a new Mini. Drove it, loved it, but couldn't love the new body style. I wanted a Mini for a decade and loved the old body. I asked about the 2013 options available. He was completely honest about the options and didn't try to "sell" me on the new one since I was adamant I didn't love the new body.
