I was passing through the area and had a nail in my tire. I called the service department and talked to the service manager Todd to see if I could get in to get fixed. He told me to bring my MINI on in and see what they could do for me. I was in and out in no problem. They found the nail and was able to patch the tire. The cashier even helped me with what was around the area on something to eat before getting back on my way. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall, everyone was a big help in getting me in the car I wanted to buy, including the financing. The salesman was great in explaining all the features since I was not used to this style of car.

My sales Experience with Phil was much better then I ever experienced before when purchasing a vehicle. He is very friendly, honest and takes his time to make sure all your questions are answered. This is by far a very relazed atmosphere and no high pressure sales like you can experience at other dealers. Service is wonderful as well, been dealing with the crew for years!

My wife and I recently bought our first Mini. We found our salesperson to be knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She listened to what we wanted to purchase and immediately placed us in the proper vehicle for a test drive. This was my first time having my new MINI serviced. All of the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Dave and Rick took their time to listen to my questions and make sure all necessary maintenance was done. I met the Service Manager, Todd. He told me that if I thought of any other questions or concerns, to contact him. I haven't had this kind of service with any of my past vehicles. MINI owner for life.

Steve Emerson was an excellent sales person, he was no pressure, and he made us feel like we were his friends. I would buy all my future cars from him. Tina Logue did an outstanding job finding us a loan that was a great interest rate, and she was very friendly and made the whole process go smooth! I really love MINI of STL! These guys and gals are some of the best people you could buy from. Right when you walk in the door you feel like you're in a good place. The sales staff are awesome. I would like to appreciate the consistent effort and follow-up of Steve Emerson to help me out with all necessary details to get the car out of the door. I really liked the part when Steve picked me up and took me to the dealership on the day when I bought the vehicle. It was great again to hear back from him on the following day to check if everything is alright or not. Also I am thankful to Don and Tina who also helped me out during the entire deal.
