We brought my Mini back in for an oil change and the tweak of a door handle. Steve, Rick and Dave gave us outstanding service and took care of our needs. I would recommend this Mini dealer over the competition, for sure.

The people were the best to work with. Their knowedge of the product was outstanding. My concern was with a lease program since we had never obtained a vehicle in this manner. Neil was great in explaining to us how the program worked. Karen too was fantastic In her part of the event. We can't thank them enough.

This is a very professional and personable service center. It is clean, pleasant and efficient. My vehicle was serviced promptly, and sufficient time and attention was devoted to diagnosing the problem and correcting it. I was treated with courtesy and respect, and transportation to work was provided. The car was returned to me within hours, good as new. I love my Mini, and I live being treated like I own a luxury vehicle.

Yesterday 06/07/2014, I noticed oil on the floor of my garage below the right side of the Bonnet of my 2012 Countryman S, I drove the car to Mini of St. Louis, upon arrival Dave Joseph got me right in to check out the problem (without an appointment), after checking the problem Dave told me it was a oil solenoid leak and it would take about 2 hrs. to repair, he gave me a loaner to use until my car was repaired. I was very pleased with the service I received at MINI of St. Louis. I was promptly greeted by the staff, and the service advisor took time to explain to me what they were going to do on my car, and made sure that I did not have any unanswered questions. All in all, I thought the staff was very professional in how they went about their work. The customer waiting area is very comfortable.

We were impressed from our arrival by the genuine interest shown by Steve Emerson in meeting our needs. Our questions were all answered, and we were treated like we mattered. It's been a long time since we've encountered an auto salesperson who has been as interested and helpful as Steve. He was very thoughtful in his preparation for test drives.
