I have to say that I consider myself VERY lucky in that the pre-owned 2008 MINI Cooper that I purchased still had an extended maintenance warranty AND that I have MINI of St. Louis to take it to for service! Karen was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I had to return with questions on several occasions and she made herself available and was very patient and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to work with her.

What a great experience!!! Phil answered our questions, wasn't pushy, and was patient with me as I was so undecided. The atmosphere was so friendly, fun and helpful. It was a cold, cold day, but Phil walked the used lot with us and we talked about each car. Rick Drezek is fabulous. He has always found my answers to any question I give him and knows all that is MINI. I would highly recommend him to anybody seeking MINI service. I also found his M&M tshirts very interesting.
Karen made the overall experience of buying my new Mini Cooper Coupe very enjoyable. We communicated by e-mail through most of the sale and when it came time to sign the paperwork, everything was ready to go. I was very pleased :)
Mark is very helpful explaining the options and works hard to get a good deal for the customer from the dealership. I would recommend seeing him.
