Without question the best experience that I have ever had at an auto dealership! Great communication from the moment that I walked through the door. Service advisor Dave Joseph took the time to explain each service to be done in detail. When I picked up my car he even lifted the hood and took time to point out a couple of things to keep an eye on for future service. I will return for all service work needed exclusively at Mini of St. Louis. Thanks......Jerry Beck

Every time I visit my MINI dealership, everyone there is super friendly. Even employees who aren't working directly with me greet me and treat me like a welcome guest. The facility is really nice and comfortable; I never mind waiting for my car to be serviced, even if it will take a while. The workmanship is always top-notch, and I leave happy in my healthy, beautiful, and clean car. I give them an 11!

ideal salesperson,answer questions by the truck load and did not push;allowed for customer to return until we were satisfied with the product and purchased countryman which has been trouble free....

I began the search online and went to the dealership at the suggestion of Karen Fortune to see the car and consider putting down a deposit to hold the car. Karen was off that day. I originally looked into a used MINI. We (dealership, myself & ins. co) found out the used car had a claim for front end damage. Mike & Neil presented to me a new 2013 MINI at a GREAT price and couldn't pass up the deal! Both Mike & Neil have been amazing! I have purchased numerous cars over the years, and by FAR, they went above & beyond my expectations! Way to go MINI!

My Cooper S "Marla" developed a leak. I called roadside service, she was picked up from my home in Columbia, MO & transported to St. Louis. 24 hrs & 30 mins later she was delivered back to me w/a new water pump, oil change & new wiper blades! Not only was this impressive timing, I now will not have to make a special trip back for service in another month since they went ahead and took care of it while she was there. I received a follow up call from Mark a few days later to make sure everything was good. It was GREAT! :)

I purchased my MINI Paceman from MINI of St. Louis and was enjoying motoring for a month when I received a call from my motoring advisor Mike. He informed me that MINI wanted me to bring my vehicle (Harry) back in for a "Second Date" service. Of course, I was more than happy to visit the dealership again. I have purchased two Mini Cars from this dealer, and have had a positive experience with everyone whom I dealt with. My salesman for my two purchases was Phil Tripoli, who I think gave me this best deal that I could get, the purchase was fast and accurate, which includes Tina, who handled the finance portion.
