My husband and I were in the market for a Nissan Pathfinder. We looked online and at several car dealerships around Kansas City no car felt "just right". We found 2 pathfinders we were interested in which both happened to be in St Louis. I have gone to this dealership twice. During my last service visit, I was treated well. The three items that I needed to have done were completed in under two hours, and the bill was not padded with trumped up labor costs. Marvin greeted me and instructed me on what I needed to do to check in. The service adviser, Dave, was direct and clear; and the receptionist, Carrie, was very helpful in answering my questions. Steve was great. He answered every question (we had a lot), and was patient while we took our time discussing the car, and our purchasing options. He was very knowledgeable. He made sure to take as much time as necessary to show our daughter every feature, and to make sure she was comfortable in the Mini. It was an overall fantastic experience.

The wiper blades were changed - a piece of plastic had come off on top of blade and they put it back on. They changed the oil. Also, they checked eerything. The only thing soon to be changed was the two front tires - 30% left. They were very helpful and friendly. I just sat back and enjoyed the expresso coffee.

I have worked with this dealership for over ten years and have purchased two Minis from them. While I have had very positive experiences with the actual purchasing of the Cooper S's, when a servicing appointment is (infrequently) necessary I have never been put off for any length of time. The question is more often than not "when is it convenient for ME to come in?" The service area is immaculate when I pull my car in, and I am escorted directly to the consultation area. Thanks to the diligent efforts on the part of the service department team, the solution to the soft top being inoperable was solved. The service department had my vehicle for a week and during that time period I received status updates. I very much appreciate the use of the loaner car during this time. The team was at all times open to communication, dependable and ever so courteous. Thank you, gentleman, for diagnosing the problem, rendering the soft top operable again and returning my car to me.

Steve Emerson continues to provide me with the best service. He gave me a courtesy call to update me on the progress of a service problem with my Mini and promised to stay in touch. I know he will. 5 of 5 stars for him.

Mini of STL has proved the best overall service and sales experience I've ever had. A very friendly place. Service is prompt. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. My car shines from the complimentary car wash. Highly recommended!

This was my first service on my 2013 Mini Cooper. I received a warm welcome, was comfortably seated in a stylish waiting room, offered fruit and beverage while my car was efficiently serviced in just under one hour. Not only was my car ready for the road, but it was sparkling clean too! Then Steve Emerson gave me a quick review on setting the radio and time. I love my Mini and I love Mini of St Louis.
