I came in for my 1 yr service of my Mini and had an excellent experience all the way through the process! Everyone very courteous & outgoing! I received excellent care!!
I called Karen with a very specific request, Karen knew the inventory and found my car immediately. She even took a deposit over the phone until I could make arrangements to pick it up. Super nice, incredibly helpful. I'd recommend her to anyone!
We have a 2011 Mini Cooper S Countryman that was still under warranty and needed to be looked at due to the check engine light coming on and it was driving very sluggish. My daughter and I first met Karen in June of last year. We were looking at used Mini's. We were going to share the car when my daughter got her license. This is the second time in recent years that Karen has earned the privilege of my new car transaction. Her calm and straight forward demeanor is unparalleled compared to other car sales folks. I have been speaking with Karen for over 6 months regarding a purchase of a Mini, even though I did not end up getting one she was very helpful and guided me into making good choices for my future Mini. If there is a Mini on the lot that you absolutely LOVE contact Karen and have her help you get into it and Motor away. You will not regret working with her. Not only are the people that work at Mini of St. Louis extremely friendly, they're also very accommodating and curious. I brought my 2012 Mini Countryman S in for service today 04/22/14, dealt with service advisor Dave Joseph, and as usual I received prompt and efficient service. This dealership has the most pleasant and friendly employees of any dealership that I have done business with, and their has been many.
Brought my MINI to the dealership to have a "door ding" fixed. I was greeted before I even stepped out of my car and everyone was very friendly. My car was fixed within 30 minutes which was extremely fast, and the quality of work was great. Afterward, two employees went to lengths to find out if the service was covered under any type of warranty I'd purchased because I couldn't find the paperwork and it wasn't showing up in their computer.
