The staff makes you feel very welcome. They were able to accommodate my needs on leasing a new MINI with little bargaining on my part. The whole process from start to finish was easy, quick, and very fun. I left leaving feeling like I was just as important as the next person purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
had always wanted a mini but I thought I was too tall, had an appointment with Mark Conn. I went there on the wrong day without calling and Mark was just finishing with another customer but Bill Harada came help Mark to explain the cars to me and made me feel welcome. I found our I fit comfortably in a two door coupe. As soon as Mark was free Bill explained to Mark which cars might suit my life style. Great team work and no pressure
This Mini crew is top-notch. They have taken great care of me and my Mini for several years now, and every visit has been a positive experience. They are patient with my questions and carefully explain exactly what my car needs on a particular visit and why, as well as what repairs I can wait on and why. They are fair in their dealings with me and have proven themselves time and again worthy of my trust. Very happy that this is my dealer/service provider!
Our experience was exceptional. Everyone was knowledgable and very helpful. Neil and Sam helped us from the beginning all the way to delivery. Todd resolved a small issue that turned out not to be an issue and Mary McDonnell finished it off with expertise dealing with all the extras available. Overall couldn't have been better.
These folks know how to treat their customers. Basically everyone I came in contact with were helpful, friendly, courteous and seemed to be genuinely interested in ensuring I had a positive experience at Mini of St. Louis. From my service call to check out, the experience was efficient and seamless, including the use of a loaner. A special shout out to Todd the Service Mgr. This month I bought my first MINI and it was a wonderful experience with Bill Harada! I live in Illinois and have a one hour commute to my job in Chesterfield. The commute was becoming challenging so I wanted a fun car to drive...My MINI Cooper is just the ticket to ride:) LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! David Joseph, Dan and Derrick went out of their way to take good care of us on the 1-Year Service visit for our 2016 MINI Convertible. They loaned us a car so that we could go to lunch and do a little shopping while the car was being serviced and updated our car with the latest software. They had all the work completed and the car washed in the time they originally estimated. The service team at MINI of St. Louis know how to take care of customers.
