I have purchased MINIs from MINI of ST Louis since 2006. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. Sam, our sales person, was great. We ordered our car and while we waited for it to made and shipped, he kept us informed. I felt like he was as excited about our car as we were!
Sam was extremely knowledgeable, but also very low-keyed. No high-pressure sales tactics were used. Thoroughly explained the "workings" of my new Mini. Would highly recommend Sam to others put off by "salesman-y" salesmen.
Sam made our visit very relaxed and fun. He answered all of our questions, and asked a lot ofhis own, to get us into the right car. He is very knowledgible about all the different features and was able to explain everything in terms we could understand. It was a low-pressure visit filled with a lot of good information. Mary in finance was kind and helpful, and walked us through all the paperwork so that we could understand everything in detail.
Dan Wirick took care of my repairs without making me worry about unnecessary work or being over-charged. He explained things in plain talk a non-car guy can understand. I feel like I could trust this dealership if everyone is as straightforward as Dan.
Mark was really knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful! He made the car buying experience really pleasant! We would definitely come back to buy another Mini from Mark!
The service was Amazing, from Kate in sales to Mary on the finance side I was very pleased. Never owned a Mini before and always wanted one. Was able to ask honest questions about maintenance and overall costs and they were very open. Even brought up concerns due to the up and down track record of the company and they addressed them and I feel more than comfortable in my Mini and know it will be an amazing car for years to come. Already my favorite vehicle I have owned. Highly recommend this dealership and this brand!
The team at MINI of St. Louis was able to quickly, painlessly, and easily get me out of my old car into a newer MINI Cooper S! They were never pushy, explained everything in detail, and if any snags in the sales process came up they were able to work with me (with out judgment) on getting them resolved. My new car is great, and I will be back in the future for service if/when it's needed as they know their stuff.
Thank you Mini of St. Louis and Mark Con for helping me with my new car! It was a quick and easy process with no major bumps in the road. We shopped around and looked at many other dealerships, but ended up choosing Mini STL bc both the great selection and fantastic service.
