Allen always explains things very thoroughly so you know just what’s needs attention on your car and why. I know these cars cost more to maintain, but I trust him that I will not be ripped off or over-charged.

"yanni" Mini of Baltimore county is by far an awesome dealership. The guys and gals there are on top of there game. Yanni is my go to guy. "Sunroof issue" Even during a pandemic, Allen of Mini managed to provide exceptional customer service around fixing my sun roof which was faulty and would not close. I initially called at 7:15 am on Monday and was told I could bring my car in right away. I was initially told it would take most of the day and received a loaner car. Allen also helped with a oil change. I appreciated his diligence and hard work. Best

"Mini Owner for Life" Bought my first mini in 2013 - upgraded in 2017 to the Countryman and haven't looked back. I continue to bring my mini into Mini of Baltimore for routine maintenence and Allen Rolocut always takes care of me. My extended maintenence plan had expired 9 days ago and he immediately made a phone call to get my service covered.
