"Routine service appointment" I scheduled an appointment for my first routine service on my MINI Cooper and MINI of Baltimore was very accommodating for me. I received both phone calls from Allen as well as texts regarding progress. When I returned to pick up my car, Allen remembered me and greeted me. I was very impressed.

"One happy mini owner!" My complete experience with Mini Of Baltimore has been fabulous! Michael Edwards was so helpful with my purchase. They even sent me delicious caramels as a thank you! A recent issue sent me to the service department and Alan Rolocut went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong. I was given an adorable awesome convertible loaner car, which I loved and had a blast with while waiting for my car to be fixed!! I would recommend this dealer and service department!!
