"Another Successful Service Visit" The guys in the service department never fail to impress after many years of satisfied results. My service advisor Allen made sure my Mini was ready for vacation (new plugs, oil, car wash, etc.) and worked hard to ensure a damaged tire was replaced under my wheel/tire warranty at no cost to me. Yoni, another service advisor, was available to provide answers to some questions when Allen was busy on the phone. Great job guys!

"Fantastic Service!" I have had the pleasure of the same service representative, Jonathan (Yoni) Baron, for the last eight years. I have never before received such exemplary service. Competent, knowledgeable, and personable. Yoni is an invaluable asset to Mini of Baltimore County. The location is far out of my area (home and work), but I refuse to take my service to another dealership because of the service I receive from Yoni. Kudos to him!!!

"Positive experience with service department." I appreciate the convenience of the service being available on a Saturday, when my car really needed attention. A hole occurred in the fuel line, preventing driving. Alan Rolocut very professionally, and promptly attended to the issue, while pleasantly remarking my Mini was 3 mos. overdue service update! Many thanks for your help!

"Outstanding Service" Mini of Baltimore has to be the epitome of service, nothing but perfection. Service representative take you through every step from check in to check out. "First class service!" Mini of Baltimore ( in Towson, go figure ) has a top notch sales and service department second to none. The service advisor, Jonathon Baron is extremely courteous and gets you through the service department as quickly and painlessly as possible. Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Mini Cooper.

"Difficult Dilemma" I truly believe in the integrity of Yoni Baron and the Mini of Baltimore staff. I recently had a problem that did not have a clear determining factor. It involved water, after the storm. A variety of testing was done, but there was no clear cut determination of why the water penetrated the vehicle. The dealer did not try to placate me, by claiming they had a solution or that it could not occur again. "Outstanding " MINI vehicles are not cheap and neither are their parts, but you get what you pay for. We’ve had FOUR MINIs ranging from the basic three cylinder to the John Cooper Works. All are very SOLID cars. I came here for the first time to get a new battery for my daughters MINI. I was treated with respect and they took their time to go over what they were going to do. EVERYONE in the dealership was polite without being slimy. We will buy our FIFTH MINI here.
