"Alan Rolocut is the best service advisor i have ever had" Alan Rolocut is the best service advisor i have ever had in 6 decades of car ownership and dealers. He is always helpful, works to make sure i get what i need, and my MINI is a 2005 and has needed very little care other than standard maintenance. I would buy another mini because the service has been so exceptional, but i intend to try to keep this car as long as possible.

"Final Warranty update" Thanks to Allen Rolocut and his detailed review of my 2016 Mini Cooper, which provided one last update of a product under the Mini service warranty. He also, at the last minute, was able to inspect a battery concern without the need to register for another service appointment. Thanks again, for his keen review of my service needs and to the Mini staff who returned the vehicle without any further delay.

"Fast and excellent service" I went in for a scheduled service on my Mini. Yoni, my service rep, not only ordered a Lyft for me to run some errands, but also had my car ready an hour sooner than expected. And no charge! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I will always recommend Yoni and the Mini of Towson dealership.

"Fix convertible top and last service before 3 year warranty " All went as planned. I had a 1 pm appointment and picked my mini up at 4 pm. My top was fixed, my oil was changed and of course I got a car wash.

"Mini of Baltimore County never fails me" I purchased my 2013 Mini new from Mini of Baltimore County, and it's the only place I've ever taken it for servicing.
