"Great audible" My wife and I received a call from our old dealership that our Mini is ready for service. Since we moved I called and scheduled time with Yoni and the team. When I arrived Yoni let me know that the other dealership was off by a couple of months and it wasn't technically ready for service. This is where most dealers would just send you on your way. "Excellent, expedient, and satisfactory service!" My car was totally disabled while running errands and had to be towed to the Mini Service Center in Towson. My car was stuck in "PARK" and I could not remove my key from the ignition (I have a 2010 MINI which requires a key to be inserted in the ignition.) I could not put it in REVERSE" or "DRIVE". "Made a bad situation the best it could be" I was very pleased with my last experience at MINI of Baltimore. I took my car in knowing something was wrong and it turned out to be much bigger than expected. Alan Rolocut guided me through the process. He was very helpful, gave excellent advice, communicated frequently, and actually saved me a good bit of money. A bad situation was certainly made much better thanks in large part to Alan.
