"Excellent Customer Service" Turned upo without an appointment and left 10minutes later in a loaner vehicle. Mini was fixed within 24hrs, whilst Allen kept me updated throughout. It's this excellent continued customer service that makes me ponder on purchasing a new vehicle.

"The Best of the Best! " Recently went in because my tire kept deflating. Not only did they fix my tire for minimal cost but also recommended that I had my air filter and oil changed since I no longer live close to the dealership, but refuse to go to a different one. When I called about the issue Yoni helped me figure out if I could make it until the weekend, so I wouldn't have to take time off to come in. This service center care about more than just the cars. Always a great experience.

"Great Service" Recently Gad my brakes done at Mini of Towson. Great service from start to finish. Easy to schedule an appointment via their online system. Was greeted by Yoni upon my arrival and he kept me up to date throughout the whole process. They didn’t have the parts needed to complete my brakes within a day so they provided a loaner at no cost to me. Not only that, but they let me choose the car!
