Our salesman,Dan Rykiel, was attentive, professional, and thorough throughout the entire purchase process from ordering to delivery. Everyone at BMW of Annapolis was all-pro - from order to delivery, I was well informed, they followed through with everything they said they would do, they did a great job, everyone was pleasant and professional, as always. Mr. Rykiel was very knowledgable about the pre-owned car that I purchased and David Mier made the finance part as painless as possible. I felt the whole sales, finance and delivery process for our preowned BMW went very smoothly. Our sales consultant went out of way: to cover the oprions on the vehicle (both remotely during sales and in person during delivey)to find and offer better financing and to follow-up on the purchase.
