My experience at BMW of Annapolis was first rate. The management, sales, and finance staff were all very friendly and awesome to deal with. I will be getting all my work done at BMW of Annapolis due to thier customer care and I will buy there again.
A year ago I considered buying a Honda as I had driven one in the past and found them to be very reliable. However, when I first approached the dealership I was not ready to buy and told them so. After test driving one and saying that I might be back in a month or two I was called repeatedly by the salesman I dealt with and each successive message he left me got nastier, eventually accusing me of wasting his time. "Service people are nice but they did not properly explain..." Service people are nice but they did not properly explain or make sure the customer understood what they’re are signing. He said he will call and provide an explanation for the services that will be needed before doing the work but failed to do so! "My adviser never called me to let me know the status of..." My adviser never called me to let me know the status of my vehicle over 24 hours. I called the next day at almost 4pm to check the status the answering service says she’ll relay the message. No one called me instead I received at text message. I do not like the customer service at bmw Annapolis!

There was transparency issues as well as communication. Manufacture recalls were not address, overcharged and had to be refunded, and a rescheduled service date was entered incorrectly after returning a second time (due to the service advisor- Jane). I took my vehicle in for service for several issues. He claimed everything was working fine and when I asked him to show me he couldn’t figure it out! Don’t waste your time coming to this service center!
