I and my husband had a very negative exerience with "Russel BMW". We decided to go to Tate BMW. The response was a total reversal. My Review of BMW of Annapolis: When I first walked into the dealer everyone was so friendly and they all wanted to help out with any questions I had. I had my eye on the X6 and Seth Glicksman looked it up for me and there was the perfect car I was looking for the alpine white with black interior. Seth is an EXCELLENT sales man.
