"Bad recommendation on Financing " I traveled to Maryland due to an Ad for a used x3. It fit my monthly budget. In person, the color of the car/interior was not for me. They showed me a Brand new X3 that I could get into for the same low monthly amount using a BALLOON financing, what a mistake. In 5 years. The amortized value was due or refinance, I would have been better off with a lease. Wish I never bought the car under those terms. Buyer beware of balloon financing,

Hawkins promised to have something fixed that employee broke but when they found out it was over $400, they refused. Had pictures too. They only care about the bottom line. I've owned 750, 735 & X3, will never buy again.

Upon picking up my vehicle they said it is automated and no one checks it! What good is a text system that asks you to respond if they don’t check it. "Dealership owes me money for faulty used vehicle" I purchased a preowned SUV from BMW of Annapolis in February. Shortly after driving it home it started to make a loud creaking noise. I called the dealership and they told me to take it in to get looked at. I did, and the shop found that an axle needed to be replaced. I've been to this dealership on three separate occasions within the last six months for new tires (run-flats with a stuck screw) and EVERYTIME has been a pleasant experience for me. I'm surprised to have read so many negative reviews for other services.
"Awful service, even worse customer care" I have had my car serviced at BMW of Annapolis exactly three times. And each and every time, I have had to take the car back because the service was incomplete or simply not performed. I have driven BMWs for 17 years. This is the only service facility I have ever had a problem with. The first time was to eliminate a rattle in the sunroof of my X3. The car was returned, and the rattle was still there. NO CHANGE. "Service Shop Scams" I've taken my under-warranty BMW to this service center for more than 3 years. They are usually polite, and it's great to be able to get a loaner car easily. While under warranty, most of the repairs were, of course, covered by the shop, so I didn't have to think twice to have them done.
