I have been using Otto’s for four years now (3 with a leased vehicle and now one with my owned MINI) and the service department has always provided excellent service and recommendations. A separate shout out to manager Melissa for keeping me informed.

Came in to have a clucking noise checked out on my 2015 Cooper S HT. Rurns out the issue was relatively minor, and honored under warranty as well. Everyone at MINI went out of their way to give me a positive experience as always. 10/10 would recommend to others.

I have always sung the praises of Otto’s Mini. Chad Carey and Peter Barcus made this sales experience absolutely flawless.
