I've worked with OTTOS MINI, since our first MINI purchase in 2006. The dealership has always been friendly and inviting. Chad worked with us in 2006 and again in 2012. We've been back and forth on models to consider and Brook has always been ready to allow us to drive various cars to get the right model. Thanks for the great work and relaxed dealer experience.

I chose this dealership based on the inventory offerings as listed on the dealer website. Though there was another dealership closer to my home that I had visited, my experience elsewhere was not successful. Otto's had a great inventory already on-site. This dealership was very upbeat and the staff were friendly and helpful. My daughters and I felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Our sales associate, Brook, immediately welcomed us and asked how he could be of service. Our visit was close to closing but we never felt rushed. Brook took the time to talk with us and check inventory for the mini we were interested in. It was very cold outside and Brook brought a mini into the bay for us to look at. My wife and I decided to replace her Mini Cooper S with a new one, no need to test drive, do any hands-on or lot walking. We discussed our purchase plans with Michelle and she worked with us to make all the arrangements via phone and email. Using the main mini cooper website we selected the features we wanted and then forwarded the build sheet to Michelle. The deposit was done over the phone, as was the basic trade-in arrangements. I am very pleased with my purchase and felt completely comfortable with Pete. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a lot of pressure to buy & felt none whatsoever. Pete was straightforward, warm and definitely allowed me to let my guard down & enjoy the buying experience. I had a great experience with this dealership. I already purchased a Mini here in 2007 and I wanted to upgrade to the same color, red/white mini but all they had was the red/black ones. Brook really went out of his way to locate it for me. I was super excited they tracked one down and had it brought to their dealership for me to purchase. Made it there on my birthday so it really made my day!
