"Excellent Customer Service" This is the way buying a car should be. Kyle listened, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, communication was excellent and 95% of this was done online. The delivery took less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. I will see you guys for my next Mini!

"One of our easiest car purchases ever!" We've had our car six months now (Countryman S All4) and it has been a great vehicle. Michael was great and very knowledgable of the various options. Our trade-in process was super-smooth and hassle-free. We will certainly come back when my wife finally agrees to upgrade to a MINI!

"Pleasant and comfortable" Everyone was Customer Service oriented, friendly and knowledgable. I did not get a copy of the service paperwork that I signed. Disappointed the issue was not resolved on my visit. I still have to go back. I live two hours away.

"Kept me informed and done quickly " The title says it all. Emails and text messages kept me updated on my car, and I got a text by about 11:30 am that my car was done already. Got there around lunchtime to avoid the after work rush, and after a quick courtesy wash I was on my way. Can’t ask for any more than that!

"Mini purchase " My purchase at Otto’s was fantastic. Most of the transaction was done via Phone/email because I was 2 hrs away. When I picked up my Mini everything was ready for me. My salesman Michael Dixon was great! Answered all questions Very fast and made the entire buying process enjoyable.

"Successful service visit" I found this Service visit to be professional, successful, and efficient. Preston effectively managed my service appointment from the time I drove in until I left. He always answers my questions personally and satisfactorily, and although he is very busy, he never makes me feel rushed.
