"Mini Cooper purchase" I recently purchased a pre-owned mini, working with Pete Barcus. He was so nice and so helpful. Great communication and follow up, he made the whole process so easy. And after the purchase, he took the time to go through all the features of my new car and showed me how they all worked. Overall, I’d highly recommend!

"Oil change and tune up" Preston was great to work with - he noted my concerns regarding my Cooper's performance and diagnosed and corrected all of them. I'm happy to report that my MINI now runs as well as the day I bought it at Otto's almost three years ago with Pete Barcus' help. The repairs took a few hours and my husband, who took the car in and was waiting for it to be done, reported that Preston came out and offered to get him lunch. Talk about going above and beyond! "Routine maintenance" Preston and the team were friendly and informative about the length of service. Preston gave me a tour of the service waiting area and showroom seeing that the MINI dealership was moved and combined with Otto's BMW and this was my first time there for service.

"Oil leak after oil change" The service arrangement was great. Well done, Preston! They changed the engine oil and I found a large oil stain on my garage floor. This is the very first time with such quality incident in 38 years of my car ownership. I’m taking my car back for inspection and repair.

"Fixed it right the second time" I appreciated squeezing my car in as a rush repair, since the problem was related to the work just done (rotate and balance tires; align wheels). While the car was aligned, there was clearly a significant problem with the left front wheel. They gave me a loaner, squeezed me into the schedule, and corrected the problem - sort of. Since you are going to read this Preston, I'll say the car is no longer in alignment - it pulls right. But I'm about to go on vacation and can't deal with this right ... read more

"Bought our first MINI" My husband and I were very happy with our experience at Otto's and with Kyle Brown! We have bought many many cars, and have never liked the pushy approach. Kyle is very knowledgeable , answered all of our ?'s , and understood we were not the type to impulse buy. he left us a vm to let us know he was available if we needed him. We reached out to him about a week later and purchased our first mini cooper. LOve the car and loved the experience ! We will recommend!
