"Outstandin" Ottos mini is excellent in customer service. Everyone is friendly, efficient and accommodating. The facility is very clean and really enjoyed the snacks and beverages while waiting for my mini oil change. Car wash is also a plus! Nice to see Pete, who I buy my minis from. And Preston, Nick and all the staff were friendly and helpful! Thanks again!

"Something Happened at Otto's" Preston Jackson is a breath of fresh air at Otto's BMW - apparently bringing in the Otto's Mini crew was the best decision... I've owned 2 BMWs over the past 6 years and every time I visited the dealership it was like pulling my hair out to get in and out. ALWAYS A STRUGGLE. "Same as always" Price on tires was more than I anticipated, service center is farther away from my house now, but Preston made up for it. Knowledgeable, courteous, and compassionate. Love the email work approval process. Edit: Bumped up the price portion because I didn't want Preston to get dinged for it.
