"Good experience" Communication throughout the process was easy and clear and quick. Preston addressed an issue I found at pick up quickly and apologized for the small 10 minute delay. Would recommend better Mini signage though at the BMW dealer since the move from Exton. Understand the logistics have been difficult but I am a Mini owner and care about Mini. Especially since I'm now traveling farther to bring my business to Otto's.

"Surprise! I bought a new car!" On April 29, 2019 I traveled to Otto's MIni to have my 2011 Countryman serviced. After speaking to the service professional I decided to hold up on the service while I visited the new car showroom. I met a very nice sales rep named Pete Barcus.
