"Positive sales experience culminated in the perfect car!" The purchase of my Mini from Otto's was a positive one from start to finish. Michael Dixon continually provided us with all the information we needed, from the various options on the car to the different avenues for the actual purchase. Our experience wrapped up with the purchase of the perfect car from Otto's.
"Good, efficient service" I arrived just before my appointment, the car went in on time and was out on time as estimated. Preston delivered as promised. Good service, and the car runs beautifully.
"Good experience" Communication throughout the process was easy and clear and quick. Preston addressed an issue I found at pick up quickly and apologized for the small 10 minute delay. Would recommend better Mini signage though at the BMW dealer since the move from Exton. Understand the logistics have been difficult but I am a Mini owner and care about Mini. Especially since I'm now traveling farther to bring my business to Otto's.

"Surprise! I bought a new car!" On April 29, 2019 I traveled to Otto's MIni to have my 2011 Countryman serviced. After speaking to the service professional I decided to hold up on the service while I visited the new car showroom. I met a very nice sales rep named Pete Barcus. "No pain, No Stress Car-buying" We have used Otto's Mini for years now for routine service on our existing Mini Cooper S Convertible. So when the time came to consider a replacement, shopping Otto's new and used inventory came naturally.
