"Great service!" While there are Mini dealerships closer to us, we have chosen to drive an hour to go to this dealership instead. The reason is that they are no-nonsense and get things done! We bought our car over the phone. Micheal Dixon made the process very easy and we couldn't believe how quickly we were out of there with our beautiful new mini!

"Full service!" Not only did they address the maintenance issue i came in for, but they also washed/vacuumed and performed a full check on my car. And when i was pressed for time, Preston expedited the process to get me back on the road within my timeframe. Great service overall!

"Don't dread the dealer!! " I no longer dread taking my car in for service. With Otto's you know you are getting what your car needs and not being taken advantage of. Preston is the best! I know he'll keep me updated on my car's status whether I'm sitting in the lounge or dropping it off. He always has a smile on his face whether you are the first appointment or the last, and even when he has to squeeze you in. I appreciate the great customer service at Otto's. "Where the nicest MINIs come from" This is the third MINI I have brought from Otto's and the second working with Pete Barcus.
