"Great Experience " This was the first time I had ever bought a used car but Pete Barcus made it a comfortable and trustworthy experience. I am thrilled with my gorgeous ‘almost new’, barely used Countryman and would highly recommend this dealership.
"Great service!" While there are Mini dealerships closer to us, we have chosen to drive an hour to go to this dealership instead. The reason is that they are no-nonsense and get things done! We bought our car over the phone. Micheal Dixon made the process very easy and we couldn't believe how quickly we were out of there with our beautiful new mini!
"clear and concise!" Pete answered all questions about our Clubman purchase with simple and transparent answers. His approach to selling was refreshing! Pete made sure our needs were met and got we got the car we wanted.
"Customer Service" Charlotte was terrific. She really worked with me. Kept me posted on time and cost. I felt comfortable with Charlotte and would recommend Otto's for purchasing and servicing a car!
"Full service!" Not only did they address the maintenance issue i came in for, but they also washed/vacuumed and performed a full check on my car. And when i was pressed for time, Preston expedited the process to get me back on the road within my timeframe. Great service overall!
"Don't dread the dealer!! " I no longer dread taking my car in for service. With Otto's you know you are getting what your car needs and not being taken advantage of. Preston is the best! I know he'll keep me updated on my car's status whether I'm sitting in the lounge or dropping it off. He always has a smile on his face whether you are the first appointment or the last, and even when he has to squeeze you in. I appreciate the great customer service at Otto's. It's why I will keep buying MINIs from Otto's!
"Where the nicest MINIs come from" This is the third MINI I have brought from Otto's and the second working with Pete Barcus. I was dreading turning over one lease and starting another, but Pete made the entire experience easy, simple and pleasant. When I had questions throughout the buying process, he got back to me quickly with answers. I've also had good experience with Otto's service department. Expensive, yes, but I feel my car is in excellent hands.
