"Customer excellence" Ottos had my Mini for a protracted period of time because of the unavailability of a part and the need to order it from Germany. During that time I was kept apprised of the progress of repairs, provided a courtesy loaner car, and was treated beyond great by Charlotte Smith-Widdis. The quality of work is very good. I cannot describe how well I have been treated by the Ottos’s Team since buying my 2019 JCW Hardtop, I highly recommend the dealership if you are in the market for a MIni. They are excellent.

"Time to Upgrade" My 2003 MINI was a bit to small for my growing family so I need to upgrade to a larger car. I loved my '03 MINI and decided to stick with MINI and to give the 4-Door Hardtop a try; in hopes that fitting a child seat in and out would be a bit easier with 4 doors. "Routine maintenance on Mini" This was my first experience with Otto's Mini and I was very much impressed and pleased with the service that I received. I went in for an oil change which was the first one since the car was purchased as a used vehicle in February 2018. Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with and went over everything that was due on the vehicle. "Wonderful" Pete was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Any questions that were asked via email were always answered promptly. I went to two different Mini dealers and wanted to stay with Otto’s Mini because it is closer to home. And, I’m glad that I did. I recommend both Pete and Otto Mini!
