"Best dealership, sales, and cars ever!" This is my second mini now from this dealership. Salesman, Michael Dixon, is awesome. The process goes so smoothly and service at this dealership is top notch as well. They work hard to ensure you have exactly the car you want and that you are happy throughout the life of the car. "Lease #3 " This is the third Mini Cooper that I have leased with Otto’s Mini and while working with Pete. He has always been available to answer any questions and extremely helpful throughout the process. I have always been pleased with the level of service provided by Pete and the rest of the team at Otto’s Mini.
"Good service " Ottos does a great job. Nice loaners and quick turnaround with strong communication and a wash at the end. My only complaint was that the didn’t charge my battery - I have a PHEV and it would have been nice to have it fully charged!
"A most professional group of people." We (my wife and I) dealt with David Hackett through an on-line inquiry about a particular used car. He responded (turns out he is the manager) almost immediately with an acknowledgement of this inquiry and a promise to hear from a "motoring advisor" promptly. "Easy routine maintenance " I love the complimentary 3 year maintenance. Scheduling at Ottos was easy and quick. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I only wish the facility was still on Rte 202.

Most of all, I appreciate Preston Jackson. "“The best” is a very short review." Oil and filter change went smoothly and quickly. Customer lounge made it possible to work while I waited. Preston is the best. Not much more to say.
