"Best dealership, sales, and cars ever!" This is my second mini now from this dealership. Salesman, Michael Dixon, is awesome. The process goes so smoothly and service at this dealership is top notch as well. They work hard to ensure you have exactly the car you want and that you are happy throughout the life of the car. They treat their customers wonderfully. I’m a customer for life! Thanks to all the staff at Otto’s and a special thanks to Michael! I love my new car!

"Good service " Ottos does a great job. Nice loaners and quick turnaround with strong communication and a wash at the end. My only complaint was that the didn’t charge my battery - I have a PHEV and it would have been nice to have it fully charged!

"A most professional group of people." We (my wife and I) dealt with David Hackett through an on-line inquiry about a particular used car. He responded (turns out he is the manager) almost immediately with an acknowledgement of this inquiry and a promise to hear from a "motoring advisor" promptly. "Easy routine maintenance " I love the complimentary 3 year maintenance. Scheduling at Ottos was easy and quick. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I only wish the facility was still on Rte 202.

"Professional, Easy to deal with, The best Dealership ever!!!"
