Otto’s Mini is by far the best car dealer service experience I have had in 40 years of driving. Every detail is taken care of. I drive 15 miles out of my way to service my car there. They make everything seamless and communication is exemplary.

Great overall service for my 2013 Mini Cooper. Although I have to travel more than 25 miles from Newark Delaware - the trip was worth it

I’ve only taken my 2014 to Otto’s for servicing since purchase. My drive from another state (45mins.). When needed this is a loaner.

Derek was wonderful to work with. He made sure my new mirror caps were put on, and my phone synced to my "Sheldon" Cooper before we left the dealership. I really liked how Derek didn't try to push me to decide on anything. He answered all of my questions, gave advice and opinions when asked, but was not a typical "pushy" sales person.
