Preston was very helpful. Staff is flexible with what you need as far as waiting or rental. I love that you go online and schedule your appointment. Never had to wait for parts etc.

I've never had better service with any other automobile I've ever owned...and I've always purchased new, not used cars. First, this service center is immaculate. Deficiency not corrected, but car is back in shop for further diagnosis/repair. Service people are great! Hope they find/solve the problem. It seems quite elusive.

My husband and I have never purchased a Mini or dealt with a Mini dealership before, however we were interested in the cars because of their fuel efficiency and of course because they are so cute! I had a great experience at the Exton Otto's Mini. I worked with Liam Morris. he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the cars available. He was very approachable and laid-back, which I appreciated. He also took the time to show me the controls in my new Countryman, which I also appreciated. I would recommend both Liam and the dealership.
