Working with Otto's for sales and service is always a great experience. Very friendly and willing to work to find the exact car you want. Everything flowed so easily. I actually knew exactly the color and model that I wanted when I came to Otto's Mini. My salesman (Michael Dixon) was so helpful. He was able to locate the car that I was looking with just a few phone calls. I had such a good time purchasing my car. Michael was such fun and he seems to treat his clients like they are his friends. Actually I feel that he is a friend we have stayed in touch and our friendship has grown. I actually look forward to service visits.

I had a mechanical failure that required immediate attention. The service department returned my call within 15 minutes. I was greeted promptly when I arrived to the dealership- there was a loner car waiting for me. Melissa called to explain the issue and gave me updates, which I greatly appreciated. My motoring advisor made my car buying process fun and painless! It was so exciting to be able to get frequent updates on the status of my car’s progress.
