Always a pleasure getting my car serviced at Mini of Monmouth. The people are great. The area is convenient to work at. It's like visiting friends and having a cup of coffee with them. Car always comes back clean after service. I truly enjoy going there. Joanne

I brought my Mini in before work because my tire indicator light was on. After a short period of time I was on my way.

Took my mini Monday afternoon and had my windshield replaced on Thursday. I had a courtesy car until I picked up my mini I am very pleased

I've been to a few Mini dealerships in the tri-state area but Mini of Monmouth is hands down the best! Princeton was not accommodating at all (I'll never go back there again) and the traffic in Manhattan is just not worth it. I live in Staten Island and it takes me about 45 minutes to get to Monmouth but I won't go to any other MINI dealership, it's totally worth the drive for me. Easy to schedule service and always accommodating. They helped me out a few times now with my tires. I wish all dealerships were like Mini of Monm... read more

Absolutely, by far, "the" best Service Dept I have ever dealt with in all my years of car ownership. I purchased a new Mini Countryman 4 years ago from Ray Catena Mini (Sales Dept was equally exceptional).
