Having your mini serviced at Mini of Monmouth is an amazing experience. Very personal attention. Loaner cars, if needed. Refreshments. Car is washed and cleaned. Work done well. It is pricey, but worth it.
It is such a pleasure to deal with Danielle. She has such a great personality and is a definite asset to your dealership. The dealership is spotless and please pass it on to whoever cleans the bathrooms. They are immaculate.
I have never been to any dealer that was so cooperative and easy going. They are always so welcoming and no matter what issue I have, they are more than happy to handle it. I actually enjoy bringing my car in for service.

This dealership has always been world class from the purchase of my Mini, through difficult problems (which were solved) to routine maintenance. I have dealt with Danielle. We are past the handshake stage and on to hugs as my service is concluded. She gives me options with expensive repairs so that I might choose what I'd like to do.
