Daniielle, the service advisor was helpful and courtious She works with you to find the most reasonable way to keep the costs down. I was given a loaner car which made the experience easier.

Anytime I contact Mini of Monmouth, whether by phone or in person I am always greeted warmly. From the front desk staff to the Service Dept. everyone is extremely helpful. My schedule is tough for me to get time off for service but somehow they find a spot to get me in and my car is always so nice and clean when I pick it up! I have purchased 2 Minis from this dealership and both of my salesman Matt & Mike always say Hi and see how things are going when I'm there :) When I hit the LOTTO I'm going to buy a fleet of Minis!

Danielle is always so personable, even though my repair was suppose to be miner, it actually was more complicated and they had a loaner car for me. I totally appreciate the car cleaning. Every body at MiniCooper are really very social.

Had to leave my Mini on a Sunday and leave key in the drop box. I had a run flat tire puncture and it needed to be replaced. I showed up on Monday after 2:30 pm and my vehicle was ready, and they also did a a warranted maintenance service that I didn't realize was due. So I got a new tire and service in less than a day from an unscheduled drop by. The staff was great, thanks Ray Catena and crew...

I brought my 2013 hardtop for a complementary checkup. The fact that a complementary checkup was even available is impressive. Everyone in Service is always a pleasure to deal with. I love my car and I love the staff at MINI of Monmouth. I highly recommend this dealership. How many people can say that about a dealership? Not many. I'll never buy a car anywhere else.
