I went to this dealer unsure of what I wanted. I was immediately greeted by the staff and felt welcomed. I met Whitney and right away told her I wasn't sure what I wanted, she was very patient and answered all my questions. Test drove a car and felt the staff did not mind at all that I was constantly going back and forth looking at more MiNi's trying to decide what I wanted. Whitney worked with her manager to help me decide on a finance deal and I am just loving my new pre-owned Paceman! Thank you !
I've owned 5 minis 2 currently have them serviced at Monmouth best service dept ever. The treatment you get is second to none I have been to others and they can't come close . When I drop one of my cars off I'm treated like a valued customer and they make it a pleasurable experience. I will always buy and service my minis here.

Called on Saturday with a problem that prevented me from driving my Mini Clubman. Set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had me out the door. Very professional and helpful.
