The reception and service departments at Monmouth Mini are excellent. I cannot think of a single complaint. I have nothing but praise for everyone there. The staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. All around fantastic!!!

Getting to the 40 degree weather, changing from high performance summer tires to something that works through the winter was important. Discussion with Matt and Chris, and setting up tire replacement service with Danielle and Kevin was seamless. It is a pleasure working with the staff at MINI with Monmouth!

This was my first experience with my new Mini Roadster, and what a great one! They were pleasant, professional quick and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable as well.
Will never go back to mini of Manhattan. The distance is worth everything. HONESTY, FRIENDLY, ETC... What a great place!! All dealers service dept should be like this one.
Danielle and Kevin always go above and beyond the call of duty. Their professionalism and product knowledge makes the whole process easy to understand. My car was repaired quickly and returned to me clean and ready to go. Thanks for the loaner car too, it saved the day.
The people at the Oakhurst Mini are always courteous, pleasant and clear. I have always been comfortable there. They are always careful to let you know what is going on with your car and are careful to inform you of any decisions, costs that have to be adjusted while the service visit is in progress.
