I thought that they should have left me a message to what was exactly wrong with the car, and the fee. So then we could have had the car fixed sooner. Danielle was out of the office on Friday so I think Kevin was handling a lot.

Scheduling service was easy and they helped accommodate my busy schedule. Drop off was quick and my car was easy for pick up at my requested time.

I had a problem with my tire and they took care of me right away. They even showed me the problem while the car was on the lift. They didn't have to cover it since the issue could have been my fault but since the car was brand new they did- no questions, no arguing just a brand new tire and exceptional customer service from start to finish. That's why it's my 4th Mini from that dealership. I'd never go anywhere else!

I have an "older" mini and this service team has always provided me with excellent service and set high standards for quality, when time is a concern they always do the best they can to meet your needs

Check engine light came on. They got me in within 48 hours. Needed a sensor related. Noted that an axle seal was leaking as well, so, they let me know, and we had that fixed as well. Even though they had to order parts twice, I had my MINI back in 48 hours. And I got to drive a nice Clubman loaner too boot.

I had a tire emergency and needed a new run flat immediately. Kevin and the service department were on it, as always! They had me out of there in an hour, during the busiest time of the day. Thanks for saving the day!

Bought a used Mini Cooper at another dealer the check engine light came on turns out the part was recalled and under warranty. Mini of Monmouth in Oakhurst took care of it with no problem. The next day picked up my car it drove like a beauty and they cleaned my car..in the future I know were to go.. Great Experience....

I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time for service at Mini of Monmouth. It couldn't have been better. Danielle immediately took care of the paperwork as soon as I walked in, and as I waited for the service to be completed, she would keep me posted of the status. I found her and the rest of the staff to be very pleasant.

Great service as usual. Every time I bring my MINI to get service, I will get a 'new car'. Not only check every part of the car, but also clean it entirely.
