MY husband and I came into NW Mini just browsing not really sure if we were ready to purchase a new car. But once we had the chance to chat with Brandon and he was able show us a Countryman that would work great for our families needs we knew we wouldn't be leaving without it. I have purchased many cars over the years. The biggest problem is pushy and shady salesman. Brandon was completely the opposite! Brandon was very helpful and knowledgable about the product. This car was a surprise for my wife and Brandon worked his tail off to find the perfect car. And most importantly was never pushy!
Not many people can say that buying a new car is Fun.... But I will tell you that my experience with Steve and Brad at NW Mini was exactly that....This is my second purchase at NW and there was no doubt that this was the dealership I would return to buy my next car as well. Steve is someone you can easily connect with and does whatever he can to make your car buying experience "The Big Time"! He is a guy you can build a relationship with and trust that he is always there to help assist you in any way...
Trading in my first Mini Cooper 2 door hardtop was rough. I loved that car. The buying experience from the Mini dealership in Pensacola, FL was very unsatisfactory. The sales people acted as if I should bow to them for dealing with me. Needing a bit more room I choose the awesome Countryman now that we are living in WA. Accept the fact that every dealers goal is to make money. With that said terry at northwest mini was great to work with. We came to a fair price very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.
Since I was getting my second Mini I knew what I wanted and I had an amazing experience working with both Steve and Joe when it came down to figuring all the details of ordering a custom Mini. Also I loved that I was kept in the loop about the progress of the car. When the time came to trade in my car and pick up the new one, Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable at figuring out the best option for me. The overall experience was fun and easy from day one to the day that I drove my new Mini off the lot.

Buying my new MINI from Rocky was the easiest decision I ever made. He patiently answered all my questions and made my car buying experience fun and enjoyable. I came in looking at maybe buying a pre-owned MINI and Rocky found me a new MINI that was perfect for me for the perfect price. Bought my first Mini and I'm already sure it won't be my last. Not only do I love my Coupe and feel the product is over the top, but the experience at NW Mini was the best I've ever had at a dealership. Brandon Barlow was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, courtious and friendly. He wasn't at all pushy, even though it took me 2 weeks to decide which car I wanted. I feel confident recommending others to visit NW Mini. I'm very glad I did!
