This is our first Mini, and we started the process by spending a Father's day just checking them out. Steve Zilkey was an outstanding help. Very friendly with zero pressure. He instantly knew all the answers to our questions, and obviously knew his product. I purchased a new MINI hardtop S Dec 2011 and enjoy driving it enough that I bought out the lease residual and plan to keep it long term. Brad Davis was there all along, and Brandon Barlow helped me with the lease conversion. Excellent dealership both for sales and service!
I can't express how nervous I was to get a new vehicle. I just bought my brand new Countryman from NW MINI and had a truly great experience. Terry Soumis was our Motoring Advisor, and he was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all things MINI. After all was signed and the ink had dried, and even though he had new customers he could have attended to, Terry chose to finish explaining all the (awesome) features of my MINI. Rocky was absolutely the BEST car salesman one could ever deal with. We went to NW Mini to just walk the lot and get information. Rocky's NO PRESSURE mannerism paired with his infinite knowledge about MINI and the company put my husband and me both at ease. He listened to my preferences and found several cars that would match. We had a fantastic buying experience with Rocky at Northwest Mini. We first went in in March to test drive a Mini and so I could convince my husband that he wanted a smaller car. Rocky met us and really spent time with us talking about the different types, Cooper, Cooper S and the John Cooper Works. If you ever had a bad taste after buying a car, go to Ricky. and get the best treatment possible. He is superb in all aspects, patient, understanding, listens to your wants/needs, very knowledgable, honest and a pleasure to work with. And the Mini's are, of course, great. Great car, great salesperson. If you go there, fully expect to buy one, the experience is that great. GM, Jeff, was also very professional and helpful, the deal could not have been made without his help.
Steve Zilkey and the entire staff at Northwest Mini made my experience magical. I was buying my second mini and had been thinking about what I wanted for a while. I had ideas in my head and Steve walked me through all of the fun choices for the interior and exterior. Minis are special because they have so many options to make yours look like no one else's.
