If you want to buy a Mini, then take a trip to Northwest Mini in Fife off I-5. The service I received was second to none. The folks at Northwest Mini, and Brandon Barlow particularly, are the best. They listened to what we were looking for, and our price range, and showed us every car on the lot that met our criteria. They could have pointed us to the top of the line, blinded out models, but didn't. We test drove 3 and found exactly the one we wanted. The entire staff treated us like old friends. My wife and I tested various Minis a few times over the past 3 years... yes, 3 years. Steve was always very friendly and courteous. What great energy he has! Sometimes, we would just stop in to say hi, and I'm sure we'll continue to do so. We finally bought a Mini last week. It was so easy and painless. Loving the car. My wife laughs while driving to work. Who does that? You gotta get one of these cars.. we all deserve some fun, right? Treat yourself. You won't be sorry.
Once I realized that I was interested in a Mini as my next car I was excited to begin the journey of test diving and finding out more about them. Brandon was amazing to work with. Our Northwest Mini experience was in early January (2015). In 7 1/2 hours I test-drove 7 Mini models. All of these Minis performed well, and it was tough to pick just ONE. I was determined to take a Mini home that day...and I did...it ended up being none of the cars that I "sampled". Brandon Barlow was very helpful about answering my Mini/many questions..... There is such a negative connotation about car salesmen so when I started looking for cars I was a little hesitant to actually go to any lots. Northwest MINI was without a doubt the best experiance I have ever had when buying a car. I never felt pressured to buy, and when I was ready Rocky and the rest of the team worked hars to make sure I could get the MINI I wanted. If you are looking a MINI look no further, you will not get better customer service then at Northwest MINI.
I would recommend Elliot to anybody at NW Mini. I am very indecisive when it comes to such a large purchase and wanted to make sure that I was getting an overpriced vehicle. But Elliot helped come up with every financial option to allow me to get a new or used mini, he dealt with probably 10 test drives some in the same car over and over and also dealt with me changing my mind back and forth. They were very friendly and helpful! It took a couple of visits to get everything taken care of but they went the extra mile and made it worth the wait. I would 100% recommend them to anyone for a car!
