Brandon B. gave great customer service and took care of us from start to finish. He was very professional, knowledgeable, willing to take the time to explain and to put the customer first. Made sure I was entirely comfortable before my purchase. Would definitely highly recommend.
Met with Brandon to talk about a used Mini...he didn't come across as the typical car salesman many people envision. He's a friendly down to earth guy that did his best to get us into a Mini. He was great with my 7 y.o. daughter and brought her some snacks. Mini's are cool cars, Had we been a little closer in price and add-on warranties, we would have bought a car from Brandon.
Buying my (new) car was totally the easyist thing I had done in a while. I had brought my 2007 mini in for service. I was on the lot looking at used cars and found a 2011 the same color as mine, which I loved. The 2011 had some extras my 2007 did not. Mike started the ball rolling and I wasn't sure I would qualify. When he came back and he said ok it's all done I almost fell of the chair. Brandon was super helpful in making sure I found the right car that fit into my budget. He put a lot of work in to make sure I left happy!!!! Like everyone else said he was never pushy and I never felt like I was being "sold". He's great at building relationships with the customers and the whole time I felt like he was on my team! We recently purchased a 2008 Clubman MINI from this NW Mini. Our Salesman was Brandon B. We had a very pleasant experience. Brandon made it very easy with no stress when it came to making the purchase. He even worked with us on his day off. He has gone out of his way to make sure that all our needs have been met in regards to this vehicle. He has called to make sure we are happy with the way it is working.
