We recently purchased a MINI from Northwest MINI...how fun! Our agent, Brandon Barlow was superb, knowledgeable and fair. We initially visited dealerships in the Lynnwood and Edmonds area with the intention of finding a deal through the Costco Auto Program. We had a specific look in mind, convertible, black body & wheels, brown leather interior, but weren't finding it. In short, this is my second Mini purchase from NW Mini! My first was in 2005-06 and again this spring of 2016. The process was seamless, easy and tidy. Our experience at NW Mini was so different than any other time we have dealt with car dealerships. The showroom is fun with lots of "eye candy" and we were greeted immediately by friendly staff. Steve, who is just a warm and friendly guy, helped us and answered all our questions, then took us on a fun and informative test drive. Then we needed to go home and think about it.
