I really enjoy coming in to NW Mini. Everyone I've worked with remembers my name and my mini and say hi when I come back in. It feels like being part of mini community of fellow mini lovers rather than a dealership that's trying to sell me products or services. I also trust the dealership. I recently bought a 2015 mini Cooper countryman and had a wonderful experience doing so! I was going in very sceptical thinking it was a going to be like any other dealership but to my pleasant surprise it was great! The Shelby (the salesman) got me into the car I was interested right away and the financing team was so great with staying in my budget!
