I really enjoy coming in to NW Mini. Everyone I've worked with remembers my name and my mini and say hi when I come back in. It feels like being part of mini community of fellow mini lovers rather than a dealership that's trying to sell me products or services. I also trust the dealership. Everyone there is super friendly and honest. They didn't pressure me at any point during the ordering or sale. Steve is amazingly good at keeping you updated on the progress of a custom order too.
I recently bought a 2015 mini Cooper countryman and had a wonderful experience doing so! I was going in very sceptical thinking it was a going to be like any other dealership but to my pleasant surprise it was great! The Shelby (the salesman) got me into the car I was interested right away and the financing team was so great with staying in my budget!
