Mini service Mitch is the best service advisor!! I've dealt with others, but he is the absolute best! He ALWAYS takes care of me. If I have an issue on a day he's off, I wait till the next time he's working before I deal with the issue. I'll never trust anyone but Mitch. This is my 3rd Mini, and he's been my guy throughout it all. On a scale of 10 Mitch is a 20.
Aldo my mini advisor I needed. Service on my mini and also told me what I needed to get done on my car. So now I can take my 2000 mile Road trip worry free. Thanks for your help Aldo.
