Cynthia Mickles-Evans I went in today to have my car detailed. The experience was awesome just as every experience for me has been. Mitch Shefveland is absolutely the BEST! He's kind and remembers personal parts of my life that I may have shared...i.e my son starting high school. This always makes the visits more bearable. Thanks Mitch for being so great!

Mini service Mitch is the best service advisor!! I've dealt with others, but he is the absolute best! He ALWAYS takes care of me. If I have an issue on a day he's off, I wait till the next time he's working before I deal with the issue. I'll never trust anyone but Mitch. This is my 3rd Mini, and he's been my guy throughout it all. On a scale of 10 Mitch is a 20.
