Bill Jacob's Mini in Naperville Bill Jacobs Mini has provided top notch service to me several times in the last 2 years for my 2015 Mini. I bought the car elsewhere, but that has not diminished the quality of service at all. In particular Mitch Shefveland has been wonderful to deal with and a great communicator about the condition and needs of my car. Not only will I recommend Jacobs to others, I will shop for my next vehicle there even though they are 100 plus miles away.

2017 mini clubman maintenance Mitch was the one who took care of me. He is awesome to work with and extreamly friendly. The overall maintenance and inspection was spot on. The only real complaint was not cleaning the interior, after repeatedly asking for it to be cleaned. Mitch again went above and beyond with helping me out.
