Mini Paceman Service I recently purchased a secondhand 2013 Paceman for my daughter, and it is our first time owning a Mini Cooper. We went into Bill Jacobs to service our car and Mitch Shefveland walked us through the entire process. He was very welcoming, informative, and personable.

Bill Jacobs Mini in Naperville are Fantastic Mitch and crew are responsivie, informative and helpful when it comes to the repairs. Even take the time to explain them to me in a way that I (who know nothing about cars) can understand with out being talked down to (which a lot of other dealers I have been at have done). Repairs were great and completed sooner than estimated. Great group of people.

Always a positive experience. I've been to Bill Jacobs Mini several times, to purchase 2 Cooper's, have routine maintenance, get the car washed, purchase accessories, etc. and have been met with a courteous reception and demeanor every time. Best arrive around! I started going to Bill Jacobs Mini when Mini of Chicago closed. I was hesitant about the drive , but it has been worth it. I have a 2012 Clubman that I love and want to keep forever. As such, I make sure to follow all maintenance schedules. I met Mitch , the service adviser and it has been smooth sailing ever since.
